If the Project has IPLCs, fill out the Participatory mapping fields
What is Participatory mapping?
Participatory mapping is the process of doing the Project’s zonation together with its IPLCs. You want to identify if a specific zone(s) serves as Cultural and Natural Heritage or Livelihood source for said IPLCs.
What to do in this task?
- For each zone, identify if they serve as a Cultural and Natural Heritage or Livelihood. If the answer is “yes”, select the corresponding check-box.
- Describe the zone’s use/important to IPLCs in the column “Input from IPLC”.
Remember that if the Project has IPLCs among its Stakeholders, the zonation process should be done together with them.
