Complete and sign the Project Mandate

This Project Mandate must be filled out, agreed on, and signed by ERS and a mandated VVB to perform validation and/or verification on a specific project.

ERS provides the VVB with all the Project’s information found on the Registry Project page. The VVB must then inform the evidence-gathering activities, the schedule, the team composition and the associated fees.

If a site visit is planned, the Developer must be informed, and the proposed date must be mutually agreed upon. Factors such as seasonal variations should be taken into account when scheduling the visit.
