Assign operators to <a href=[restoration-survey] blank>Restoration site survey</a>

Assign the operator that will be performing the Field Assessment of the Project site to each zone. It can be the same person performing all the assessments, or it can be different ones. Ensure that you have created a user for each operator and to share the credentials (username and password) with them.
