Submit surveillance or mitigation plans in the Risk Matrix, if required

After ERS has performed the Risk Assessment on the Project, if Surveillance or Mitigation plans are required, you must enter them in columns “I” and “J” of the matrix. This entails proposing a surveillance and/or mitigation plan and the indicator and methodology to monitor them.
